In a recent Blind survey, an alarming 57.16% of tech employees reported that they’re burned out by their jobs.  According to a comprehensive Gallup study in 2016, 67% of workers said they are either not engaged or are actively disengaged at their jobs.  Now with the pandemic, we are in the midst of the Great Resignation going mainstream.
